Dermal fillers, also commonly referred to as cosmetic injections, cheek or lip fillers, are gel-like substances made of Hyaluronic Acid injected into the skin at different depths to help restore lost volume, fill in lines and wrinkles, soften creases and highlight facial contours. They can also add volume, structure and symmetry to the face, giving you a rejuvenated and younger looking appearance! The dermal filler treatment at our Perth clinic is quick and relatively painless, however you may feel a little discomfort for a few seconds as the needle enters the skin. We can use a topical anaesthetic to numb the area prior to your treatment to ensure the procedure is as comfortable as possible.

Is it right for me?
A thorough consultation with one of our Registered Cosmetic Nurses is essential prior to your dermal filler treatment to ensure patient suitability. This treatment is not suitable for babes who are currently pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive. Certain medical conditions may also preclude you from this treatment.

How many treatments will I need?

How long will results last?
Dermal filler results generally last about 9-24 months. The longevity of your results will depend on a number of factors like age, individual metabolism, the type of filler used, budget and location of the injections.
Is there any downtime?
Very minimal downtime! Depending on your dermal filler treatment you can expect common side effects like swelling and bruising but these will subside anywhere between a few days to a week post-treatment.
