That’s why every consultation in-clinic starts with a thorough analysis of your skin using our incredibly clever SkinScope LED machine. This full face diagnostic tool can quickly, effectively and with great detail identify a variety of skin concerns - we’re talking sun damage, fine lines, dryness, congested skin and more! It can even help address skin concerns before they appear on the surface (seriously though, how cool is that?) The Skinscope LED uses two light modes, a simulated daylight mode for reviewing visible concerns, and a LED-UV light mode for identifying underlying damage. DAYLIGHT MODE Can clearly show visible skin concerns like: Fine lines and wrinkles Uneven skin tone Redness, blotchiness, flushing Oily, acne-prone skin LED-UV MODE Can detect fluorescence in the skin for better identification of skin concerns and conditions that aren’t visible in everyday light. While healthy skin reflects back UV light creating a blue glow, things like unwanted pigmentation, poor dehydration, congested pores, bacteria, and skin oiliness are reflected in a variety of fluorescent shades.
